Documents that NGOs outside the US should provide in applying for fund from Cargill Corporate
- Photocopy of official government registration document of the organization. If the document is not in English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian or Japanese please answer the following questions:
a. Country of Government Registration (if different from country in address, please provide the name of the country in which organization is incorporated or registered)
b. In what year did the organization register with local authorities?
c. Which government department or municipality registered the organization?
d. What is the status of the organization (i.e. not-for-profit)?
- List of members of the governing board (e.g. board of directors) including the name, address, telephone number and/or email address and professional role/affiliation for every current board member along with each person's position on the board.
- Photocopy of the organization's basic governing document (bylaws, constitution, articles of incorporation, etc.) If the documents are not in English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian or Japanese please answer the following questions:
a. What is role of the Board of Directors?
b. How is the Board of Directors elected?
c. How often does the Board of Directors meet?
d. In the case the organization is dissolved, where would the assets go? (Note: in the case that your organization is dissolved, according to the UWI grant agreement
4. Copy of most recent annual report and/or other published description of the organization's activities.
